How I Work

I operate as a Fractional Head of UX, embedded at the leadership level. My work is strategic, focused, and intentionally lightweight, designed to create leverage without adding overhead. I do not manage day-to-day execution or act as an individual contributor. My role is to architect the conditions that allow teams to scale successfully.

My typical engagements include:

  • Clarifying ownership, decision-making, and operating models

At RingCentral, I lead UX across multiple enterprise product lines supporting complex, AI-driven workflows and globally distributed teams.

My work has focused on establishing enterprise-grade UX foundations and scaling design organizations through periods of rapid growth, acquisition, and platform convergence, including building teams, unifying acquired products, and defining the UX strategy for a single, integrated enterprise experience.

This required balancing UX quality, technical complexity, organizational scale, and enterprise customer expectations, the same challenges many scaling SaaS companies face.
