See your product the way your customers do.
A UX Audit for B2B SaaS teams. In three weeks, you’ll know what’s getting in your customers’ way, why it matters to the business, and what to fix first.
Fixed price · 3 weeks · $15,000Complexity is hard to see from the inside
As products grow through acquisitions, new AI capabilities, and years of new features, they get harder to use in ways that are easy to miss when you’re close to them. Each team knows its own part deeply, but few people step back to see the experience the way a customer moves through it.
That’s what the audit is for. I look at your product with fresh eyes and years of enterprise SaaS experience, and tell you plainly what’s working, what isn’t, and where to start.
Is this for you?
The UX Audit is a good fit if:
Acquired products still feel like they come from different companies.
You’ve shipped AI features, but customers aren’t using or trusting them.
The product grew one feature at a time, and no one owns the full experience.
You don’t have a senior UX leader, or your team is too close to the work to see it fresh.
A redesign, platform consolidation, funding round, or major release is coming up.
Focused where it matters most
The audit covers up to 3 focus areas, such as onboarding, your AI features, or a core task your customers rely on. We choose them together at kickoff, so the time goes where it will make the biggest difference.
Usability
Where people get stuck, confused, or slowed down
Consistency
Navigation, patterns, and how well the pieces fit together
AI Experience
How AI features are surfaced, explained, and trusted
Competitors
How the same experience compares with up to 3 competitors

I’ve done this from the inside
For eight years at RingCentral, I worked through the kind of complexity most teams only see from the outside. I led the unification of two acquired contact-center products into RingCX, roughly 800 pages built on different tech stacks. The launch beat sales projections by 64% and reached twice the projected monthly active users.
I was also regularly called on to audit other products across the company’s portfolio, from e-commerce and onboarding flows to product-led growth lifecycles. My role was to spot usability concerns and give executives a clear view of the product from the customer’s side. The UX Audit brings that same perspective to your product, from someone who knows what it takes to act on it.
